Our directors have many years' experience in business consulting, executive coaching and counselling within a huge range of organisations and with people from plc main board directors to homeless young people on a charitable basis.

Key People

Our MD, Melinda Beckett-Hughes has provided professional services for over 25 years primarily to larger corporates (see Portland International) as well as small businesses and is all too familiar with the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur as well as a single parent!  She has coached hundreds of executives, managers and business owners over the course of her career and has overcome her fair share of personal crises, which has motivated her to use her experiences for good.

Along with fellow director Mia Chandler, Melinda formed the Ayuda Solution Group and its subsidiary companies, Genuinely Helpful People Ltd and Life Turnaround Ltd.

 The aim of the group is to provide genuine help to other businesses and individuals along the principles of FMCG, which have underpinned all her business activities (see Beckett-Hughes.com)

Mia Chandler has worked as a consultant within a wide range of SMEs and has a huge array of talents in consulting, organisation, business development and marketing. Since forming her own 'business introductions' company (Corporate Matchmaking) in 1992, Mia has provided independent sales, marketing and business support services to many organisations throughout the UK.

Her business partnership with Melinda began in 2009 since when they’ve become an inseparable team behind the Genuinely Helpful brand!
