Time to put you first?

We could argue that there is nothing more important than this element of our lives but we often don’t appreciate it until we lose it for some reason!  Most of us would not argue with the fact that we need to look after our bodies better than we probably do and the path to hubris is paved with good intentions!

How many times have you vowed to get back in the gym, lose weight, eat your five a day, drink less, stop smoking etc only to fall at the second post?  It may be because of bad habits developed over a lifetime or perhaps that stress and tiredness gets in the way of our resolve.

Sometimes, all you need is encouragement, a little moral support and some straightforward coaching advice.

We are not here to preach, we have our challenges like everyone!  However we can help you establish a realistic dietary and exercise programme which is right for you, one which you can stick at and you will happily agree to be held accountable for!  We don’t agree with the 'big blitz' but in developing new behaviours which can last for the rest of your life.
